Justin Gillespie is a seasoned multi-asset trader and investment manager with over 19 year’s experience trading equities, commodities, forex and cryptocurrencies. He began trading while working at JP Morgan and then progressed into setting up his own proprietary trading business. While living in the UK for 10 years, he established a licensed investment management company which advised and traded for investment funds as well as trading discretionary managed accounts for high net worth individuals globally. His experience specialises in utilising robust risk management to underpin and enhance profitable trading strategies with the aim of generating attractive reward-to-risk performance multiples.

Justin holds a B.Sc in Psychology and Statistics, a Post-Graduate in Accounting and Management and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder.

With a strong track record in corporate finance, international taxation and structuring across various jurisdictions and sectors, Diane's pragmatic approach and depth of insight make her a trusted advisor in navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes.
